I am Björn Jensen. For more than 25 years I have been working in the ProAV and AV/IT world. An industry that inspires me and whose future I want to help shape.
In 2003 I founded macom. Together with a strong team, we turned an idea into a European market leader in media technology consulting and planning.
And in 2023 I shaped the strategic succession and sold macom to Drees & Sommer. A decision that was about far more than numbers: it was about people, responsibility and the future of a life's work.
I know what it means to build a company, and how much responsibility lies in deciding its future. Today I pass this experience on to other business owners.
